User Agreement

Welcome to Bomio (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Bomio mobile application (the “App”), you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms of this User Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using Bomio, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account by providing an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Use of the App

• You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

• You may set roles for AI characters (e.g., emotional support, professional Q&A, creative inspiration), and the AI will respond accordingly. However, responses are generated automatically and should not be considered professional, medical, financial, or legal advice.

• You agree not to use the App in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to others or to the App’s operation.

4. User Content

• You are solely responsible for the content of your conversations and interactions within the App.

• By using the App, you grant Bomio a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

• You agree not to share offensive, illegal, or harmful content through the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including but not limited to its software, design, and content (excluding your user content), are owned by Bomio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers

• The App and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.

• AI responses are generated automatically and should not replace professional advice or judgment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bomio and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in harmful or unlawful activity.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update or modify this Agreement at any time. The updated version will be effective as of the “Last Updated” date indicated above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
